and is bustling with people passing by, cyclists, and tourists every day.In this place with a rich history, our company has been running to this day with the guidance and support of many people, including Higaki Shipbuilding Co.

Shipbuilding is an indispensable industry for the region.
However, we are facing a serious labor shortage year after year, and securing human resources has become a major issue.Under such circumstances, we started accepting technical intern trainees from the Philippines in 2012, and more than 10 years have passed. Now, we have become more proactive in our relations with Japanese employees, and we seem to have more opportunities to cooperate with each other in various situations.

With the new year, our company is reaching a milestone. We will continue to work together as one, while appreciating the joy of working together to create something new.While inheriting the aspirations of our predecessors who have built the foundation of our company, we will continue to look at things from a new perspective and strive for further development.
